Therapeutic Support Services Provided by Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)

Intensive, individualized ABA support for meaningful skill development.


Our trained paraprofessionals provide 20–30 hours per week of 1:1 direct support under the supervision of a BCBA. Services target adaptive, social‑emotional, functional communication and behavior reduction goals across home, school and community settings. The Board Certified Behvaior Analysts (BCBAs) lead assessment, treatment planning, provide ongoing supervision, caregiver coaching, and direct care for complex needs.

Who it’s for: Serving early learners, school-aged students, adolescents, and adults who require structured, data‑driven support to achieve social‑emotional, adaptive, and behavioral goals. (Ages 2 years and up)

Core components
  • Assessment: Functional behavior assessment (as indicated), skills inventories, baseline data, goal setting.
  • Intervention: Individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs), skills acquisition programs (communication, daily living, vocational readiness, executive functioning).
  • Crisis/Risk Mitigation: Safety planning, proactive supports, and caregiver/staff training in de‑escalation.
Service formats & staffing
  • Paraprofessional Direct Support: 1:1 implementation; onsite or community‑based; supervised by BCBA.
  • BCBA Direct Care: Assessment sessions, treatment plan development, model sessions, protocol refinements, and complex case management.
  • Typical Frequency/Duration: 20–30 hours/week paraprofessional direct care; 2- 4 hours/month BCBA direct + ongoing supervision (adjusted by clinical need).
Settings
  • Home, school/college/work or community.
  • Telehealth and hybrid care options are available, pending insurance authorization for eligible service modalities, but is always available for private pay.
Deliverables
  • Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP) with measurable objectives.
  • Session notes with data visualization.
  • Monthly progress summaries and plan updates.
Outcomes Tracked
  • Reduction in interfering behaviors; increased adaptive/independent living skills; improved social participation and emotional regulation.

Adolescent & Adult Life Coaching

Goal‑oriented coaching to build independence and confidence.
We offer structured 1:1 coaching sessions (45–60 min) weekly or bi‑weekly—via telehealth. Life coaching supports social‑emotional growth, executive functioning, and adaptive life skills for success at school, work, and in daily living.

Who it’s for: Adolescents and adults who benefit from structured accountability and skill‑building without intensive behavior treatment.

  • Executive Functioning: Planning, organization, time management, task initiation, follow‑through.
  • Adaptive & Vocational: Daily routines, transportation, banking, health habits, job search/readiness and on‑the‑job supports.
Service formats
  • 1:1 Coaching Sessions: 45–60 minutes, weekly or bi‑weekly; via telehealth(subject to insurance authorization for eligible service modalities, unless private pay).
Methods
  • Compass-Behavioral Curriculum, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, skills rehearsal, behavioral activation, SMART goal plans, trackers, and structured home practice.

Caregiver‑Led Services & Consultation

Empowering caregivers with tools that work.

We partner with families to create consistent, sustainable strategies at home and in the community. BCBA‑led sessions focus on skill prompting, positive behavior supports, and problem‑solving. Caregivers receive individualized coaching, practical home support plans, and consultation as needed.

Service Options:
  • Caregiver‑Led Coaching (Protocol‑Driven): Stepwise modules teaching skill prompting, reinforcement, and routine design; caregiver conducts practice between sessions.
  • Consultation with BCBA/Coach: Case review, problem‑solving, plan refinement, data review, and coordination with schools/employers.
  • Workshops & Micro‑Trainings: Social‑emotional coaching at home, executive function scaffolds, community safety, and crisis prevention.
  • Telehealth and hybrid care options are available, pending insurance authorization for eligible service modalities, but is always available for private pay.
